Inspired by its Nordic roots, the hotel has been redesigned to create a modern and stylish atmosphere, with a full renovation of all rooms in 2024. The decor reflects the soul of J – the healing power of the sea and nature. The rooms at Hotel J have light wooden floors and natural colors. The bathrooms offer either a shower or a bathtub. Many rooms have a balcony or terrace with views of the sea or the tranquil garden. The hotel also offers regular wellness activities such as breathwork, yoga and sound healing. You also have access to our newly built gym free of charge. Nyckelviken nature reserve is a 15-minute walk from Hotel J. Experience the harmony and tranquility of the hotel and surroundings - where every detail is a tribute to the hotel's history and love for nature. Stay 35 minutes by boat from Stockholm Nybroplan and enjoy our restaurant by the water, a summer terrace and a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Restaurant J specializes in fish and seafood dishes. Relax in the late-night bar or by the fireplace in the lounge. Nacka Strand's terminal is 1640 feet away and the ferry to the center departs every 30 minutes from May to August. You live 1312 feet from the Nacka strand bus stop.

Good, if u get the right room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We got the wrong room. Paid extra for “sea view” room and got what according to the receptionist is called “garden view”. After insisting that this is not the same (obviously!) we got moved to a sea view room that was empty. The receptionist although never asked sorry for the mistake although he tried initially to convince us that the sea view is the same as a garden view (!!?).
- What did you like most?Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was clean and pleasant to be in. Of course location is perfect, too. Both for Stockholm access and availability to south of Stockholm.
