- What did you like most?Buffet for breakfast and lunch and made reservations at the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant for dinner. Spa and gym were good too. Magic show. Good for families

Luxury resort-level service with great beach/pool, but less impressive rooms and communication.
- What did you like most?The service was absolutely exceptional - the front desk was helpful and responsive, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, even the cleaning staff reported a problem with our room before we had a chance to. The beach and pool were also great. They were easy to get to, clean, had a great view, and were well-staffed. The kid's pool was so much fun for my children (age 2 and 5). The buffet food, particularly the Mexican food, was really yummy.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms had some issues. We were moved out of our first room because the bathroom door fell off it's hinges and one of our outlets had broken with electric wires exposed. Our second room's shower did not drain so water spilled across the bathroom floor each time we showed. There also was unclear communication about events at the hotel. Restaurants would be closed unexpectedly, times that facilities were opened often did match what we had been told. There were some things advertised on the website that weren't available, such as the ability to hire babysitters.
