- What did you like most?View from room 902 was PERFECT to watch fireworks.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Holidays are going to be busy, however, staffing up for the influx would have been nice as standing in line for almost 1.5 hours to get checked in was ridiculous, line out the front door. Food order app did not work, our "premium" snacks/drinks were not in room and had to wait 3 hours to receive them after calling for them. Paint / wall peeling in bathroom and bed was like sleeping on the box spring, VERY hard and uncomfortable.
