Poor value for money
- What did you like most?Good location
- Was there anything you didn't like?Top bunk of the bunk beds looked like it would collapse onto the bottom bunk as it was angled and screws were missing. Cleaning was poor - even when asked to reclean bathroom it was still dirty under the sink commode. Very tired furnishings - threadbare carpets in hallways Rubbish lifts - too few and too small for peak times - took ages in the morning to check out due to waiting for an empty lift for the luggage Once checked out - receptionist didn't even say goodbye or thank us for our stay Overall poor value for money - but then again no new York hotels are cheap, but you'd do better to spend a little more and have a more comfortable stay.
