Amazing room and location -...
- What did you like most?Amazing room, super nice and spacious. Had everything you need including a balcony. Super nice location and very quiet.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Like most American hotels also this one takes the cake for not having welcoming and friendly staff at the reception. Is it so difficult to smile and be welcoming when a guest checks in or out? You only deal with us for a couple of minutes, put a smile on and be friendly and don’t give us the feeling that we re bothering you. Please come to Dubai and stay in any 3 star hotel and you ll still be treated like a king. Just because of this I will probably not come back.
