Great hotel, but the keys are a hassle
- What did you like most?Excellent location and the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Very nice staff!
- Was there anything you didn't like?We asked the concierge for help planning an excursion and it took them so long to get back to us (we were told that we had to message them) that we had to make other arrangements.

- What did you like most?We were not disappointed by our stay. The El Taj penthouse suite we stayed in was large, with two beds and two baths and a full kitchen/living area. We could have easily shared the space with several more friends. We had a patio which we spent lots of time on, but also a private roof terrace with a hot tub, grill, and seating. We loved just chilling up there. it’s a steeper price but a good option to treat yourself. Thank you to Isidro (?) for his help, Teresa for housekeeping, and the rest of the staff.
