Really lovely hotel situated in...
- What did you like most?The staff at the breakfast area - although extremely busy - were always very nice and welcoming and good at their job. They were very efficient each day. The breakfast was really lovely each day.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The ladies at reception were not very helpful, not welcoming at all and were mostly, downright rude. Upon arrival I made a comment about the upcoming snow storm and I got a dirty look as if I shouldn't be making small talk. The front desk let the hotel down. The rest of the hotel is very good.
