Well located, clean rooms but...
- What did you like most?Location was very convenient to explore the city of New York
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast staff was very rude to my wife. Also it stated they opened at 7am and when we showed up for breakfast at 7:10am, the same staff that was rude to my wife, came out and said in a rude way “ we aren’t open yet, come back in 15 minutes” We also over heard her being rude to another guest and her co-workers. One flaw for the actual room, was there wasn’t a refrigerator.
