Our stay was excellent and we will be back!
- What did you like most?Very clean and staff were great! Loved the well lit bathroom and the shower’s water pressure too! The room was perfect for us.
- What did you like most?The hotel is close to the University and downtown restaurants, but in a calmer area. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, modern. The reception staff were all very nice and helpful. Parking is convenient.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Not the hotel itself, but the restaurant. Service was not great. I believe they take care of the lower level event area as well and may be understaffed. I waited about 40 minutes for a sandwich, which was not great (soggy fries). The next morning I was going to get a cappuccino and was told they would be right back to get my order. I left after waiting 15-20 minutes. Maybe they just need some more servers.
