We have eliminated our business center. We are no longer providing room service. Renovation work will be carried out from 1/1/2025 to 7/31/2025. The following facilities will be closed: Select guestrooms/floors. Our parking lot renovations are underway. During this time the parking lot entrance on 13th street will be closed. All onsite parking will be located on the East side of the building. Entrance to the hotel and Piesanos will be filtered through the Breezeway. Please follow signage upon arriving.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - Was there anything you didn't like?I had nothing but problems between Booking.com and the Holiday Inn when I tried to cancel my reservation. Each party tried to blame the other party. This was not resolved and I lost over $3100.
