- Was there anything you didn't like?sepperate bad was a little noisie and a bit uncomfortable but it's pretty little issue at all. overall all was very nice
I would stay here again for a city break but not for the pool- Overall, my experience was nice!
- What did you like most?My visit to Berlin Eurostars was amazing!... It is located in the perfect location with easy transport links to train, buses & trams. For those who enjoy walking, the main attractions are just 20-30 mins walk. I am not a breakfast person myself, but booked it in for my mum who was with me; I was very surprised at their wonderful breakfast offering- so much variety for everyone to choose from! The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout the stay. Everyone spoke English which was a bonus for me.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was no bathrobe & slippers in the hotel. we received this on our last night after having called reception 3 times and waiting all day. I believe, the property operates on less staff, so perhaps the team forgot having to deal with other things. The sauna & pool was not the cleanest when I went to visit it, so chose not to use it.
