- Was there anything you didn't like?At 3am There was this loud banging noise from some pipe or equipment that would occur every 5 min the front desk wouldnt believe us so they sent maintenance and at 3am stood in the room for 10 min trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. they finally moved us to a different room. 2nd room still had the same noise so we moved again. 3rd room smelled like cigarettes so we moved again and 4th room was finally good. I was disappointed with the lack of customer support even though we had to move to 4 different room at 3am there wasn’t a apology, upgrade nothing. Instead they called us in the morning asking us to move our bags from the first room. Disappointed will not be returning
