Staff was unapologetic.
- What did you like most?Didn't stay long enough to eat breakfast. Checked out after first night. Wi fi was not available to me and because the reason I was there was to see a very sick cousin it was traumatic for me to be cut off from my family. Could not sleep! Cancellation was NOT my fault!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Black out curtains were filthy, rug in entry was filthy, window curtains had food on them, shower curtain had lipstick on it, bath fixtures were spotted with crud and bathtub had scum! I have pictures to prove all this!
