I wasted $340 in this...

- Was there anything you didn't like?Ants in 1 room, hair found in another room in the bed, I was given a dirty room, elevator didn’t work half the time, the room door doesn’t close behind you, no maintenance when needed, Sam the front desk lady was beyond rude. She ignored me and told me there was nothing she could do about the dirty rooms because she’s not housekeeping. She told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. I was the only Black person in a sea of white faces and I certainly felt the difference in treatment. WORST hotel experience in my life.
