- Was there anything you didn't like?We had to move room a at 11pm due to TV not working. Rather than swap out the tv we had to pack up and move all of our stuff at 11pm. Then the new room we moved to in the middle of the night discovered there was no extra toilet paper and we ran out. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and each time I was told there was not one available. Concerns happen but it was the attitude and lack of common sense and problem solving feom staff who just answered with blank states giving answers they were told to say that didn’t help situations.
