- What did you like most?Great location, about a 15-minute walk from Universal Studios. The staff are very nice and friendly.

- What did you like most?Location was convenient, and it was clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?4 days in there and it was a challenge to get hot water. No one ever picked up the phone at reception. TV didn’t work I had to fix it. We never got shampoo. And staff were very nice but not helpful with all these issues.
