- What did you like most?Location is good. Manager was very helpful when I had a few issues.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very old and outdated hotel. Bed was not comfortable which is unusual for a Holiday Inn. I think mattress needs replacing. The corridors and the room both have a chemical smell as if they are trying to cover up another smell which really was bothersome. TV wasn't working well but manager came and adjusted cables for me. I think I will try to find a Marriot next time.
