- Was there anything you didn't like?Overall, everything was good, but there was one issue. One of the male staff members did not allow us to eat our own food in their kitchen, as if we were not guests of the hotel. I have severe allergies and need to follow a special diet, so I have to eat my own food. Moreover, hotels usually try to be customer-oriented and understanding toward their guests. However, this man raised his voice at us, which was very strange and unprofessional. It honestly made me feel as if I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest. Overall, I was quite shocked by this experience.
