- Was there anything you didn't like?How staff couldn't find my reservation then gave me a room once she found it. When we entered the room and turned on the lights there was several roaches that went running around. I canceled my staff and I am having a hard time trying to get my money back. I refused to stay there with roaches. Plus the staff seemed un bothered when I mentioned the roaches.
