BWP was just a stay....
- What did you like most?I loved the cleanliness comfortable bed and the quietness of the hotel
- Was there anything you didn't like?The front desk employees. This time it was Linda and her coworker. The first time I came it was also the lady at the front that made me and my family felt unwelcome. Even housekeeping was nice. But because the property was good I tried again. And Linda with her uncouth attitude made sure to let me know that BWP is not the place for me. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to BWP. Linda treated me as if I came in begging. My mother is here from Jamaica and I took her there for her birthday because your rates were good and you’re close to the American dream mall. And even my mother was asking why she behaving like that. She didn’t even want the breakfast from there because she is thinking it’s because she’s black so she can’t eat the food. Linda and her male coworker spoiled my mother’s 75th birthday that we went there to celebrate. But it’s okay as I said this happened to me on the 2 occasions I went there and I definitely won’t let it be a 3rd. Have a good day
