- What did you like most?- Staff were polite and very helpful. We had a small issue with the room, but they handled it quickly and very well. - An early check-in option was available for our room, which was really convenient. - The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. - The bed and pillows were the comfiest we have ever slept on.
- Was there anything you didn't like?- It was really noisy during working hours because there is a kindergarten next to the hotel. - The empty mini fridge. - The hotel is on the pricier side, but the comfort and service make it worth it
