Fantastic hotel and location and...
- What did you like most?The location for times square, staff were friendly and very helpful, the whole place felt modern and was very clean, we would definitely stay here again
- Was there anything you didn't like?We didn't realise there was a $500 deposit required upon checking in (this is charged against your credit card), however this was fully paid back a couple of days after checking out once they check the room over, we also didn't realise the roof top bar was closed on our last night (which was a Sunday) so missed out here but we may have missed this detail somewhere and would have visited sooner knowing this.
